The insurance will cover all the services purchased, directly or through service providers, from the time of booking until the day of the end of your holiday. All policies also have special cover for COVID-19.
Tourist city taxes are never included in the packages and, if applied by the municipalities where you will stay, the same must be paid by the customers directly at the hotel. Amounts and their increase, rules (duration, exemptions, etc.) are subject to change/increase without prior notice.

Package price are always expressed in euro € and includes VAT.
– Packages: package price are always expressed in euro. Include – unless otherwise stated – all the services mentioned in “The price includes”: accommodation on rooms with private facilities, proposed arrangement, services (transfers, car hire, etc..).
– Houses and apartments: the prices are expressed per apartment or per person. Unless otherwise stated, include rent, VAT, taxes and service fees. Not include: tips, transport, energy, security deposit, final cleaning, linen, extras and anything not in the table.
– Transfers and Car Hire: the prices are expressed per car per way (unless otherwise stated) in the case of transfers by private car. The rates of car rental are per car per day or per week as indicated.
– Special Offers: offers and discounts listed are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and always subject to confirmation / limited places. They are not retroactive and therefore are not applicable on booking concluded prior to their date of publication.
Special offers for families preview accommodations in the same room. Age of the children indicated for the reductions and offers is to be understood not accomplished. To take advantage of special offers (married or wedding anniversaries), are required to present proper documentation.
– Start / end of stay: please inform us immediately (even outside of office hours to our on-call service 24/24 h if for any reason you are unable to start your stay as booked. No-shows are not refundable in any case.
– Delivery / release rooms: the hotels usually provide the delivery room / apartment on the day of arrival not before 14:00 and the release of these by 10:00 am the day of departure. Each property applies its own rules which please comply. For the delivery or release of rooms outside the hours indicated, please contact the reception of the property itself, as there may be additional supplements.
– Hotel’s regulations: in some hotels men are not allowed to access the restaurant wearing shorts. It is always forbidden to introduce food and drink.
– Meals: the packages include the arrangement indicated on your vouchers.
– Pets: are allowed on request, sometimes with supplement. Confirmation is subject to authorization by the hotel. Please note that pets are always strictly excluded from the public areas and private beaches. It is advisable to bring along appropriate medical records.
– Club Card: many hotels, especially resorts and hotel club, require the payment on-site of a club card, unless otherwise indicated. This card entitles the use of equipment and services referred to in the description of the structure. In periods when it is not required to pay the club card, generally related services (entertainment, kids club, etc..) are not available.
