Boat excursion to Marettimo

Weekly departures Favignana from May to October

Together with Favignana and Levanzo, Marettimo constitutes the small archipelago of the Egadi, three small islands off the coast of Trapani, set in a beautiful sea, with a thousand shades of turquoise blue.

Marettimo, a true jewel of the entire island group, characterized by its peculiar environment, determined by the total mountainousness of the territory, by the presence of spring water and above all by the long isolation from Sicily. The internal paths are difficult to navigate, and the island is best discovered from the sea. The waters are crystalline and clear, due to the strong currents that cross these stretches of pristine and wild coasts, where specimens of Mediterranean monk seals have also been sighted. The island is waiting to be discovered, from Scalo Vecchio to the Scoglio del Cammello, from Cala Maione to Punta Troia, where depending on the light conditions, the water turns green or light blue, the splendid bays of Cala Bianca with the Grotta delle Sirene beach, and Cala Nera.

Program

Departure from the port of Trapani at 09:30, arrival in Favignana and stop for a few minutes to board any passengers.

Departure for Marettimo and arrival on the island at 11:15. Stop in the port and free time to visit the town center or swim in the cove not far from the small port of Marettimo.

Departure from Marettimo at 1.15 pm, we will skirt the most beautiful and evocative coves where it will be possible to swim. A typical lunch will follow on board.

After lunch we will continue the discovery of the island with a visit to the main caves. Another stop will follow in a cove useful for taking a dip in the sea. Departure from Marettimo at 16.30. Arrival in Trapani at about 18.30.
